Are you thinking about selling farmland, a vacant lot, or other real estate you own other than your primary residence? We may be able to help you get the most out of that property and avoid losing its value to unnecessary taxes. If you sell real estate that has appreciated significantly over time, you may end up with a large Capital Gains tax bill. But by using a charitable gift plan you could not only avoid those taxes, but also receive back annual income payments for life. If you’re considering selling property that has a lot of capital gain, please contact the Gift Planning & Trust Services Department and let us help you realize great benefits from your property like tax savings and annual income while also supporting your favorite ministries.
